Stripping of radicular tear, occurs relatively frequently in our daily practice. It is mainly due to an excessively aggressive use of manual or rotating tools in particularly narrow root locations. Treatment is difficult and most often requires a surgical approach after canal obturation in order to assess the importance of the periodontal defect and it's treatment.
