How to react when discovering an isolated cervicofacial adenopathy is a difficult and daily problem. Any palpable, and therefore hypertrophic, adenopathy should be considered pathological. Once detected, the ganglionic mass should be diagnosed precisely without delay ; indeed, if benign etiologies are frequent, one should bear in mind the possibility of a malignant disease, primarily ganglionic or secondary, cancer metastasis.
