Wnt signalling in dentine repair - ROS - 2018 - Tome 47 - N°4

The use of inert synthetic materials that are biocompatible with the dental organ has been a trend in oral treatment for thousands of years. Further understanding of how to mobilise and modulate stem cells in the dental pulp according to the biology of dental repair can help patients to increase lifetime of their functional teeth. In this review we discuss the rational behind our approach to understand and modulate the Wnt/β-catenin pathway in dentine repair.
