Maxillary sinusitis of odontogenic origin is a fréquent disease and may be due to inadequate endodontic treatments. The anatomical relationships between the dental organ, especially the upper molars, and the sinus floor, can explain these pathological repercussions. The treatment described in this article was performed on a young patient who had been suffering from a maxillary sinusitis for 3 years. This disease was efficiently cured with a sole endodontic treatment. CBCT examination was very useful for establishing the diagnosis and allowed to confirm the treatment success.
