1. PATIENT PRESENTATION
Mr T. is a 67 year-old pensioner, former storekeeper, of
chinese origin, married, 3 children, without addiction to
alcohol or tobacco.
2. REASON FOR THE CONSULTATION
He is sent by his attending physician for an oral
inflammation.
3. MEDICAL ANAMNESIS
We can observe: a pollen allergy, a high blood pressure
treated with Aprovel®, a prostate adenoma regulated with
Xatral®, degenerative osteoarthritis, a hepatic steatosis
and biliary lithiasis. There is no surgery in his medical
record.
