The aesthetic role of themandibular incisors is seldom brought to mind. Particularly visible during phonation, their exposure increases with age. Therefore the demand for aesthetic correction of their malposition is frequent in adults.We will showin this article that the orthodontic correction associated with permanent splinting is a non-invasive option, which besides answering to the aesthetic demand, also improves the occlusal function.
