Oral implantology is a dental discipline supported by a fundamental research and the success rateof long-term clinical studies superior to 90 %. These results mask disparities notably on the implants of small diameters the publications of which are less numerous. This article proposes a rational use of Nobel Biocare NP implants through three clinical cases.
