The naso-labial cyst is an epithelial non odontogenic lesion. It shows slow, painless growth swelling in the canine area, invading the nasolabial fold. There are few functional signs and no specific radiographic distinctions, making their differentiation from odontogenic or developmental cysts or even from inflammatory processes very difficult. Positive diagnosis is essentially achieved through histo-pathology. Surgical treatment is necessary. Articles about naso-alveolar cysts are scarce. We are proposing to discuss positive diagnostic elements and treatment modalities along with the description of three clinical cases.
