The prosthetic and implant techniques constitute the long-term treatment of choice for unitary tooth loss of traumatic origin. However, an adolescent patient eventually requiring orthodontic treatment, presenting with an edentulous zone exhibiting significant bone resorption, and with adjacent teeth having a past history of trauma and thus of uncertain prognosis, non invasive transitory prosthetic solutions are indicated. This article proposes a medium-term esthetic and functional rehabilitation by means of a bonded laboratory fabricated composite bridge which is reinforced by braided fibers of polyethylene, taking advantage of the coronal part of the lost tooth which is integrated into the provisional restoration.
