The most frequent complaints concerning removable partial prosthesis are balancing problems. The patients' discomfort or pain are rarely taken into account or even heard. The present clinical case shows an allergy to cobalt with a removable partial prosthesis. The choice of a new material treated this pathology. Titanium was chosen because of its good biological resistance. The changes in manufacturing allows reliable prosthesis.
