The clinical case presented in this article describes the treatment of a class II situation in the presence of oral sinus communication; Class II is defined by a subsinus height lower than 2 mm and a crestal width greater than or equal to 6 mm with no horizontal and vertical gap. It requires a sinus bone graft to increase the bone volume in height. The surgical procedure is delicate: the membrane must not be torn during the sinus filling because of the continuity between the sinus membrane and the oral membrane. The placement of implants with photoactivated surface is performed in a second stage.
