Extraction of lower incisor is one of multiple treatment options that we propose expecially to adult patients as a compromised treatment. Considering a limited number of indications, this extraction can however provide satisfactory results. It is often a delicate choice because of significant aesthetic and occlusal consequences which must be balanced by clinicians to obtain a successful result in anterior sector and recreate an interincisal relationship protecting dental, periodontal and articular systems while obtaining a beautiful smile. The authors propose an analysis of this treatment through a presentation of 3 cases treated at the medical center of Rabat dental School.
