The longevity of composite resin inlays and surface treatment : experimental data and clinical evaluation
Surface treatment appears to be one of the main factors influencing the longevity of luted composite resin inlays. In order to refine the selection criteria for theses restorations, we believe it is essential not only to take into account the fundamental data provided by in vitro studies but also to follow most attentively the results of ongoing clinical trials.
