6 year-old teeth or the difficulty of managing 1st permanent multicuspid tooth pathology in children
In children, first permanent multicuspid teeth are rapidly affected by caries because of their immaturity. Practitioners should be particularly vigilant in order to intercept initiating lesions and to prevent crown anatomy damage by an early treatment of enamel structure abnormalities
